Bassel Tahboub, BSc. In Medical Rehabilitation and Ergotherapy, MSc. In SPA treatments and management. PhD in Sport Science.

Bassel Tahboub was born in 1991 in Plovdiv. He completed his high school education at “Ecole Amal” in Aleppo, Syria.

He graduated with bachelor degree in 2014 from Medical University of Sofia in Medical Rehabilitation and Ergotherapy. He graduated with master degree in 2015 form National Sport Academy “Vassil Levski” in Sofia in SPA culture, Eastern and Aqua Practices.

He is currently a PhD student studying and preparing for his Doctorate degree at the National Sport Academy “Vassil Levski”, Sofia, Bulgaria.

His fields of research interests are in medical science, sport science and sport medicine.

His professional specialties are in the field of neurology and orthopaedic diseases and post-surgical treatment, health and quality of life standards.

He is a sportsman and has a strong background in the field of sports. He has the skills of proficiency to five international languages.

Bassel  Thaboub is an international Editorial Board Member of some peer reviewed medical Journals of various Academies and Associations, a Trustee/Director of the Association of Health Care Professionals, Bulgaria (AHCPBG) and he is the President and Officer of the AHCPBG.
