1980: Partner in a GP-group practice in Graz-Jakomini, Austria

Special qualification in psychosocial medicine, psychosomatics, geriatrics and palliative care, in line with local population needs

since 1988: Approved teaching practice in General Practice/Family Medicine

since 1984: Involved in a group lecturing on General Practice and Family Medicine at the University of Graz (undergraduate level)

since 1993: Lecturer at Graz University (postgraduate level), Medical Education for health professionals "Teaching the trainers" courses
